What a Great First Day in Texas History

Parents, your kids made you so proud today in Texas History.  We are so excited about the new year and having a ball getting to know our new students. 

If you have a minute, as them about leeches. We'll try not to be this gross every day - lol! 

Next week we will start formally rolling out the weekly agenda and lesson plan links, but this is the plan for the rest of the week.

Supply list reminders:

Every student needs a composition notebook just for Texas history by Friday. No spirals please (they poke us). Any color is fine, just standard-size composition notebook. 

We are planning a lot of fun activities in Texas History this year using props, art supplies, hands-on crafts like leather work and, of course, books and supplies
